Harvey Training Academy is a dedicated, trusted healthcare training provider, ran by highly experienced tutors, with specialists in Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.
We provide high quality healthcare training to individuals and organisations. Our specialty course is Prevention Management of Violence and Aggression (PMVA) which is led by GSA approved tutors.
Our aim is to provide individuals with the knowledge, confidence, skills and abilities of managing challenging behaviours and conflict within the healthcare settings, including the use of verbal de-escalation, as well as the safe and accurate application of physical intervention.
We offer online and face to face courses, and work to meet the needs of our clients in a flexible manner, with a 24-hour service.

Mr Ashley Harvey
Ashley is a qualified Mental Health Nurse with 17 years experience working in Healthcare. He is passionate about delivering the highest possible level of training and draws on his diverse background in mental health, from secure services, older adult care, CAMHS and more, to ensure our courses are underpinned by insight and experience.
Miss Geraldine Kostrewa
Geraldine has diverse experience in the healthcare field. She guarantees that Harvey Training Academy meets legislative requirements, and best practices, utilising the most up to date research.
Geraldine also works directly with all clients to meet their needs during booking, and following delivery of courses to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
Miss Faye Ruston
Faye has extensive knowledge of Mental Health and has acted as our 'Expert by Experience' from her own personal experiences of Mental Health, Faye is passionate about how services are ran and how training is delivered with the aim to ensure the best care is given to those in need. Faye also has professional experience from working as a Mental Health Worker in CAMHS, Adult acute care and secure services.
